I Am Allergic To Wool, What Will Alpaca Do To Me?
Allergies to wool usually do not transfer to alpaca products. Due to their hypoallergenic properties, most people find that they have no reaction to alpaca products.
Do These Products Need Special Care?
Alpaca products don’t require special care any different from similar products. For example, a scarf would be hand washed or dry cleaned. Socks are machine washable and dryable. Due to elastic material and other materials being used, it is not recommended to wash with harsh items such as towels or jeans.
